Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the manager in the sales administration department.
- Process orders with a focus on the India market.
- Generate all necessary documents for the sales department, including quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, statements of assurance for Singapore products, Ringisho (in-house approval system), and internal & external purchase orders (PO) for local purchases.
- Independently manage shipping and documentation from Japan, Singapore, and China to any port in India.
- Essential knowledge for managing Letters of Credit (LC) after shipment of orders.
- Monitor and update customer payments.
- Arrange machine deliveries to customers.
- Assist in coordinating the company's open house and exhibitions.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a relevant qualification Diploma in Business or Management)
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Letter of Credit processing & negotiation is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good team player.
