Job Responsiblities :
Generate qualified sales Lead, build Pipeline and Convert it into sales.
• Develop and grow the Banking and financial sector business for Newgen products & solution.
• Meet Quarterly & Annual sales quota.
• Create strong visibility of Newgen in BFSI market through participating in event, seminars, webinars and in social media outreach initiatives.
• Strategize the Winning approach for the opportunities and targeted accounts.
• Maintain rapport with internal stakeholders and work closely with Pre-sales, inside sales, marketing, COE and delivery team.
• Maintain excellent relationship with external stakeholders across customer & partner organizations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Accurate and timely internal reporting including CRM update as per the defined procedure and needs.
• Competition assessment by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share metrics.
• Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients
