Our Client's Service/Product:

Casino Electrical Equipment and Playing Cards

The Responsibilities:

  • Arrange/coordinate appointments and bookings for meetings and company car use
  • Admin support to executives and expatriate staff for housing matters and travel arrangement
  • Manage office supplies and factory inventory by working with the factory management and finance department
  • Monitor contracts, signal expiry of contract and prepare quotes
  • Slip processing, invoice creation, financial settlement, etc.
  • Manage the security aspects by working closely with the security company and the management to ensure smooth office operations and procedures and controlling correspondences
  • Other ad hoc duties & projects assigned by management

The Requirements:

  • Bachelor in any disciplines, minimum 1 Year Sales Experience
  • Training will be provided for candidates with no experience
  • Able to speak fluent English to communicate effectively with English-speaking colleagues and clients
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Utilize effective multitasking abilities alongside adept time management techniques
  • With innate drive and can-do mindset
