Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Assist with any bank related matters.
- Assist with the coordination with company secretary
- Handle / Coordinate for all ACRA matters.
- Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable assignments
- Assist to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Company.
- Prepare and ensure the monthly financial and analytical reports are made on a timely basis for review
- Perform bank reconciliations, collection and credit control.
- Responsible for quarterly GST reporting.
- Prepare required schedules/report for yearly audit and tax purpose.
- Liaising with auditors and responding to any queries.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Participation in ad-hoc project, when required.
- The day-to-day duties of managing the debts of creditors, ensuring timely payments are made, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices and resolving account queries.
- Other Adhoc duties as assigned by Reporting officer
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or above
- With 3 years of handling full set account working experience
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail
- Good team player
- Good communication skill
- Familiar with Xero Accounting software
- Able to communicate in Mandarin in order to liaise with HQ team in China
