Job Description:
- Collaborate with a team to formulate marketing promotions and collateral.
- Manage and execute digital marketing strategies including working with SEO Vendor as well as social presence (Facebook, Instagram etc).
- Manage & generate content for website, social media, and other platforms.
- Sales, customer service and relationship management.
- Actively manage customer enquiries through telephone, email and messaging applications.
- Providing sales service & consultation to all potential customers.
- Perform administrative support on customer registration and follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
- Creative and enjoys marketing products and services.
- Strong sales and relationship management
- Customer Service oriented, friendly, cheerful, and self-motivated
- Team player and can work independently as well
- Professional service mind-set and takes pride in building a brand experience for the customers
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years in Marketing OR sales, customer service, and relationship management
- Experience in Canva, Adobe, photoshop is an advantage
- Consumer-facing experiences including retail sales an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with using software applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
License/Certification:
- permit to work in Singapore? (Preferred)
