Job Responsibilities
-Build the brands’ presence by crafting compelling narratives for social media to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty across various platforms (Instagram / TikTok / Facebook/xiaohongshu)
-Develop a social media strategy and content that aligns with the brand
-Identify and communicate with influencers and content creators
-Manage filming and editing of posts, videos, stories and reels for social platforms
-Competent in writing long-form brand content (advertorials, blog posts, articles, etc.)
-Manage the social media calendar, including scheduling of posts, and engaging with our online community through responding to messages, comments and mentions.
-Work and coordinate with internal stakeholders for campaigns and promotions and getting strategic alignment with departments when required
-Measure performance and growth metrics to optimise content
Requirements

-Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
-Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
-Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns on social media
-Experience in crafting marketing collateral and communicating through various media platforms is preferred
-Able to handle a project from conceptualisation till completion
-Highly self-motivated, creative and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
