Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7.00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Job Description:
- Provide front-line customer service (deals with walk-ins and phone queries)
- Provide administrative support such as contacting parents, printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, data entry & data collation, including manning of the school’s generic email account
- Handling of students who are not feeling well, late comers and early dismissals
- Carry out any other administrative duties assigned by School Leaders, Administration Manager and Operation Manager
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum 3 GCE “N” Level Passes or Nitec or Higher Nitec in relevant courses such as Office skills/Customer relations or equivalent
- Proficient in computer applications such as Ms Word, Excel etc
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in administration and/or customer relationship management, preferably with prior working experience in an educational institution
- Able to relate well with young children
