Trek Renewable Energy Solutions (TRES) is a renewable energy company based in Singapore that operates a network of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- End to end execution of solar projects.
- Conduct site visits, site feasibility, design, and install solar power system.
- Manage from pre-to-post-construction, site acceptance test and handover of solar power system to customer.
- Contact point between the company and customer during construction stage.
- Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of commercial and industrial solar power systems.
- Design the layout of the solar panels and various support electrical equipment.
- Perform computer simulation of solar photovoltaic (PV) generation system performance or energy production to optimize efficiency.
- Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects.
- Complete assigned projects on schedule and within budget.
- Cold calling potential customers and identify & engage potential prospects.
- Plan, implement and monitor marketing activities to ensure relevant targets are achieved
- Manage the monthly billing and O&M for existing projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in engineering discipline (electrical/renewable engineering is preferred) from a reputable university.
- Good technical understanding about solar PV system.
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience in solar & ESS field is preferred.
- Project management experience in engineering and construction is a must.
- Knowledge in energy modelling software (PVSyst, Helioscope) and AutoCAD.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and resolution skills.
