Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily Export customer service operations.
- Work closely with other Airfreight department to streamline processes and reduce wastage.
- Responsible for new business implementation. Understand customer requirements and take lead for business implementation.
- Promotes a continuous learning culture and partner with stakeholders to ensure employees are trained on the needed skills to successfully perform their jobs to attain operations excellence.
- Responsible for team’s yearly appraisal.
- Maintain of team’s training records.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics or relevant qualification
- Experience in leading a team
- Relevant experience in Airfreight Customer Service
