Job Summary:
Responsible in providing general direction towards a successful completion of a project, ensuring the disciplines follow the quality standard set forth by the company. The job entails but not limited to identification of critical aspects of project execution and addresses them before they manifest as problems; verification and management of manhour consumption of different disciplines during the project execution.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Knowledge in designing of air-Conditioning & mechanical ventilation system, refrigeration system & coldroom system, electrical wiring.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance, monitor and coordinate the assigned engineering projects) and report regularly on project status.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Preparation of shop-drawings submission, OMM & T&C report for client.
- Assist in on tendering BQ & quotations for projects.
- Interact with clients on a daily basis.
- Team work at all level jobs.
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma in engineering.
- Work experience within construction industry or similar relevant field.
- Ability in handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of codes, standards and procedures.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, microsoft office , etc.
- Proactive problem solver, Outstanding communication, Time management, Interpersonal, Leadership skills, Attention to details.
- SG Class 3 Driving License.
