Roles & Responsibilities
You will work closely with our marketing lead and be deeply involved in the following areas:
- Support building differentiated, value-based messages that connect customer pain points with our solutions.
- Assist in shaping and maintaining our voice in the market, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Play a crucial role in creating marketing content that resonates with target audiences at every stage of the buyer’s journey, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and social posts.
- Maintain and update the company website to ensure content is current, accurate, and engaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Network Operations, to gather insights and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Support sales enablement by developing tools, resources, and content to empower the sales team and channel partners.
- Assist in organising and coordinating B2B marketing events and trade shows.
- Help execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies targeted at B2B prospects.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Create and adapt basic design materials as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience.
- Fresh graduates with a strong foundation and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with the following skills and experiences will be advantageous:Work experience in IT, ICT, or a related industry.
Basic design skills and proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
Knowledge and experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, WordPress and HubSpot. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Mandarin, with the capacity to create compelling marketing messages tailored to B2B audiences.
