Responsibilities:
1. Check and ensure that all corporate action events are processed correctly and promptly.
2. Ensure prompt notification to clients on voluntary corporate action events such as rights, dividend with options, expiry of warrants, redemption, etc.
3. Check that clients’ instructions are executed accordingly.
4. Ensure that clients’ entitlements are protected.
5. Handle clients’ enquiries and provide timely responses.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and client service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with financial software systems.
