Main roles and responsibilities for Montigo Resorts, Nongsa
Responsible for General Inquires & Groups coordination between Singapore Sales Office and Batam Operations. Managing the relationship, qualifying and evaluating Travel Agent accounts and Social Events in Singapore directed by Associate Director, Sales & Marketing
Main Responsibilities
· Responsible to manage, improve and sales solicitation for travel agents and social events related company and for all general inquiries
· Build rapport with industry accounts and industry related associations and networks
· Generate and solicit new leads through online packages on our brand website, emails, social media, and call
· Generate and solicit new leads and assist the inquiries of Travel Agents and Social Events
· Upsell of packages and conversion of sales inquiries
· Ensure BEO are submitted to Montigo Resorts, Nongsa 7 days prior to group arrival.
· Schedule calls for group coordination with the operations team prior to group arrival.
· Coordinate with clients (not limiting to Travel Agents and Social Events) on all group details and coordinate with the operations team at the Resort.
· Handle all roadshows requirement for the corporate team including but not limited to flyers preparation.
· Ensure all database from All Channel including Travel Agents and Social Events are updated.
· Ensure all contracts are updated and filed in respective Company folder.
· Appropriately dressed in business attire as set out in the hotel’s Human Resources hygiene and presentation code of conduct
· Communicate guests’ requirements effectively to the Operations team
· Timely submission of weekly and monthly sales report and accounts review.
· Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned by the Associate Director of Sales and Marketing.
Sales and Revenue
· To maximize sales and revenue by providing good service and upsell
· Promote, recommend and upsell all Food and Beverage activities, Resort room nights and KOP Properties
