Responsibilities:
- To follow up and coordinate with the clients/carriers/contractors to
process the shipment
- Places booking order to carriers, hauliers and third party service providers
- Monitor, track and update clients on shipment status promptly.
- Follows up with overseas agent on customers transaction
- Handles and resolve customer complaints or shipment problem
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Job Requirements:
- Need to converse with English & Chinese speaking clients. Will need to be able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin.
- 2-3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding as customer service
- Work in Singapore office
- Has knowledge of the logistics industry and practices in Singapore
- Customer-oriented, proactive
- Has good written communication skills
- Efficient and effective completion of orders within timelines promised to clients
- Able to take pressure and work in a fast paced environment
- Maintenance of client satisfaction in Company’s logistics services
