Job Description:
The role is looking for a leader to manage a team of On-site Wellness team, in delivering healthcare solutions ( eg health screening, vaccinations etc) at clients premise. The candidate being considered should be someone experienced in healthcare delivery at a non clinical premise as well as a good people manager. We are looking for commercially business oriented leader who also understands corporate employee benefits as well as some level of client engagement experience.
- Other functions are as follows in guiding the team to :
- Monitoring and managing back-end administrative process,
- Planning and execution of onsite events.
- Sales leadership to the team for upselling
- Managing client and HR on the delivery of Onsite services
- Guiding the team to handle clients via calls/emails/messages, follow up with clients on events, sale of new packages, events, drive sales.
- Managing vendors and partners in the delivery of healthcare services
- Working with internal stakeholders eg Tech / Clinical Team/ Sales Team and Telemed in the delivery of services to the Onsite clients
- Manpower and cost management to manage P&L.
Job Requirement:
- At least 5 years relevant experience in managing wellness programs
- Experience in managing a team
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
- Healthcare and/or Clinical experience is mandatory with at least 1 year relevant experience
- Background in nursing / clinical care is desirable
- Phlebotomy certification required
- BCLS and AED certified is preferred
- Experience in Sales is required
- High emotional quotient (EQ) with customer management experience.
- Experience in leading an Onsite Team is a good advantage.
- Working in health screening centre/ onsite added advantage
