Salary: $3,000 - $3,500
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all key aspects of the Accounts Payable (AP) function, including processing payments.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal staff regarding payment transactions.
- Maintain the cashbook for all transactions.
- Review AP aging and prepare AP reports.
- Verify invoices related to trading transactions.
- Prepare journal entries for accounting purposes.
- Prepare audit schedules.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures, including expense accruals.
- Handle vendor account setup.
- Record and maintain trade finance transactions using Excel.
- Manage company petty cash.
- Process staff claims for overseas business trips and credit card records.
- Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable (AR) staff.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of Trade Finance is advantageous.
