Responsibilities
- Liaise and co-ordinate with external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of traffic at Gates lanes and scanning stations
- Conduct checks at various Gates and surroundings
- Report and rectify unsafe working conditions/ procedures and safety infringements
- Handling of exception cases with external stakeholders and maintain communication with internal stakeholders Managing external stakeholders’ expectations while coordinating e fforts with Control Centre and various internal stakeholders
- Submission of reports
- Enforce and upkeep safety SOPs on the ground
Requirements:
- Diploma Holder
- Has relevant experience in Operations, Planning, Customer Service and Security Services
- Possess strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Willing to work on 12 hours shift
