Executive Assistant
- Penjuru (Transport Pickup Provided at: Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan & Serangoon)
- Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
- Salary Range: S$2,800 - S$4,000
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Board of Directors, including office management tasks, arranging travel, managing calendar events, organizing reports & documents, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives.
- Help with the preparation, filing, and compliance of ISO standards.
- Support in Grant and Trademark applications.
- Engage in liaison activities with government agencies and associations.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, briefings, or training sessions for staff when needed.
- Manage and maintain confidential information, files, and records.
- Capable of taking meeting minutes and providing summaries.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in any field.
- Relevant experience in sales / marketing / administrative roles.
- Maintain confidentiality of private information.
- Knowledge of MS.
