Position Overview:
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies to generate new business and enhance our online presence. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing channels, data analysis, and campaign optimization to achieve measurable growth in customer acquisition and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as PPC (Google Ads, Bing), paid social (Facebook, Instagram), display advertising, email and affiliate marketing.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns based on insights and data-driven decisions.
- SEO: lead efforts to improve organic search visibility
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously improve landing pages and conversion funnels to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates.
- Reporting and Insights: Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing roles, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive significant customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels including PPC, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (or similar analytics platforms) and other relevant marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
