Soarability believes that environmental big data with ultra-high spatial-temporal resolutions lays the foundation for people to make informed decisions. Since its foundation, Soarability has focused on developing class-leading environmental mobile sensing solutions for hazardous gases and greenhouse gases (GHG), bringing ultra-high-spatial-resolution environmental data within reach. Our current product portfolio includes both ground-based and UAV-based sensors.
Soarability recently set up its HQ in Singapore and is currently seeking for talented individuals to join our growing team as we continue to innovate and push the boundaries of environmental sensing technology.
The Role
As a Client Success Specialist at Soarability, you will play a crucial role in managing our B2B leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. You will be one of the first few to assist to setup the SG Team Client Success Department. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process and to help clients realize the full potential of our environmental sensing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Manage incoming B2B leads from multiple sources including online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- CRM Setup and Utilisation: Utilise online CRM tools to organize, track, and follow up with leads. Ensure all client interactions are logged accurately.
- Build SOPs: We will need to build SOPs for the whole CRM process. You will build SOPs with baseline criterias for lead shortlisting.
- Client Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand our products and services. Provide training and support to clients on how to use our products and services effectively.
- Customer Satisfaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
- After Sales Support: Proactively follow up with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide updates on product developments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead status, client interactions, and success metrics.
- Market Insights: Gather and report client feedback and market insights to help improve our products and services.

- Has a "will do whatever it takes to get the task done" mindset (of course, not breaching the law)
- Has strong ownership
- Has been in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders from the China team
Good to have skillsets
- Proficient in CRM management software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Hubspot)
