Responsibilities:
· In charge administrative procedures (coordination and setting up) including meeting support and video and teleconferences etc.
· Prepare monthly OT excel
· Register and sending workers for relavant courses
· Submitting application for work site passes
· Assist in ad hoc office administration requirement
Requirements:
· Diploma in business or relevance institute with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experiences
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PPT
· Preferred skill sets: Mature personality with excellent communication, Computer skill, Self-Driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, and good conversational / writing skills in English.
· Candidates with engineering background would be an added advantage
