Tasks and duties
- Prepare monthly management report and assist in financial statement preparation.
- Handling overall General Ledger account including manage subledger of AR, AP, and Inventory account, Intercompany transaction, account revaluation and depreciation.
- Handling company treasury and monitoring of company cashflow
- Preparation of quarterly GST submission, and submitting of withholding tax.
- Assist in year end audit, tax computation and submission.
- Assist in preparation of quarterly and yearly consolidation account, and annual budget preparation.
- Prepare payroll summary upon receipt payroll and CPF details from HR
- Liaise with bank and auditor.
- Other ad-hoc project and assignment.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting or relevant discipline or ACCA
· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience handling full set of accounts
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Meticulous with details
· Able to multitask to meet deadlines
