We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Shop Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our retail sales operations and driving sales growth in our retail stores.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of retail sales staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including legal and regulatory requirements.
