Job Description:
- Provide the general day-to-day administration functions and duties
- Support Management and finance department
- Identify area for process improvement within administrative fuctions and implement streamlined procedures.
- Develop and refine administrative policies and protocols to enchace efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases and documentation
- Other ad-hoc matter as required
Job Requirement:
- Preferably someone who have admin experience working under F&B industry before
- Able to speak in English and Chinese (as need to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients)
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
