Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Brand Development: Lead efforts to strengthen and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of branding managers, providing guidance on campaign development, creative direction, and performance metrics.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business goals.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in branding and marketing efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and senior management to align branding strategies with overall business objectives.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve strategic goals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders on effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing or branding roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive business results.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of branding professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively.
