Please note that this is a Sales Position
Responsibilities
*Be the first contact point for our existing clients.
*Meet personal and group sales targets.
*Provide quality customer service standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
*Develop and build strong client relationships
*Handle feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up closely
*Service and manage new sales leads from sales development
*Submit monthly sales forecast and track sales figures
*Any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by the Sales Division
Job Specifications
*Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in account servicing and sales support.
*Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
*Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
*Possess enthusiastic spirit with strong organizing skills, detail minded and able to multitask.
*Able to interact professionally with both internal and external customers.
