Work Location: Admiralty
Work Week: Mon - Fri | 9.30am - 6.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Monitor communications channels for timely responses to inquiries and requests
- Manage scheduling requests and adjustments from clients and employees
- Promptly address to the incidents and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for best outcome
- Plan and allocate resources (manpower) effectively to optimize productivity
- On-site visits to locations for audit / admistrative purposes
- Other ad hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Min.1 year of experience in related field
- Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Min. diploma in any field
