Location: Singapore
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the team in Asia as a Senior Sales Manager in Asia. Working from our Singapore office and reporting to the Singapore Country Manager with a dotted line to the Sales Director Asia, you will be part of both the Asia and Global teams, with time split evenly focusing on sales in the local Singaporean market and multinational companies across Asia.

Job Description:
You will, in close collaboration with the local teams:
· take responsibility for prospecting, structuring, and closing local and international business deals to large local and multinational businesses (businesses with over €250 mln+ turnover, with presence in multiple markets)
· be the co-ordinating face of Atradius in Asia for the multinational segment and for the International Broking market.
· be an ambassador within the wider Asia and Global Sales community.
· promote our product to large local Singaporean and multinational companies and be responsible for structuring and presenting the Atradius trade credit insurance offer.
Job Requirements:
· Responsible for raising awareness of the company in the marketplace and securing new clients.
· An enthusiastic, pro-active, team-player, able to work alongside others to provide the optimum solution for our prospects.
· Identify new prospects, assessment of client needs and selection of suitable/potential clients.
· Establish appropriate policy structure and management of risk in respect of (at times) complex international opportunities.
· Effective collaboration with a variety of stakeholders: client, broker as well as internal partners to seek new ways of driving profitable growth.
· Negotiate terms of business: either at an individual deal or scheme level
· Manage relationships and deliver against operational plans.
· Understand policy structures and have an excellent appreciation of negotiating and closing a sale.
· Willing to travel internationally.
Knowledge, Education and Experience:
· Experience within credit insurance and an understanding of structuring regional trade credit insurance programs.
· Experience in dealing with multinational organisations.
· Proven ability to achieve financial targets within a sales role.
· Higher education degree in business, or other relevant subjects.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· An ambition to pursue a structured, solution selling career with some of the biggest prospects in the market.
· A desire to succeed as part of a team.
