Job Description
The Accountant (Projects) plays an integral role in Finance Division in ensuring projects align with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap.
Responsibilities
· Engage key finance business stakeholders from Group Entities, gather requirements and translate into user requirements specifications.
· Support and manage system implementation across both local and overseas Group Entities
· Point of contact between IT Departments and other Business Partners of the company and the Group Entities
· Initiate, support and monitor other systems and continuous improvement projects, where applicable for the Division and ensure it aligns with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap.
· Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
· CA/CPA with degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent preferred
· At least 2 years of relevant experience in systems implementation or managing systems or continuous improvement projects, with a focus in end-to-end Record to Report, Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay processes.
· Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP B1, SAP ECC 6.0, Tableau or other reporting tools will be an advantage.
· Good communications, problem solving and project management skills.
· Good team player, self-motivated with positive working attitude
· Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced and high-volume environment or ambiguous situations
