Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients in the frozen meat industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the frozen meat sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the frozen meat or food industry. Inexperienced candidates are warmly welcomed as well as there will be a mentor assigned for guidance.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the frozen meat sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
