Core Responsibilities:
- Handle call-in/WhatsApp enquiries from external parties (i.e. Hirer/Guarantors/Dealers/Brokers)
- Follow up with customers for overdue instalments
- Update ERP entries for payments
- Generate and send reminder letters, 4th and 5th schedules when necessary
- Facilitate vehicle redemption, prepare and issue release letters
- Manage filing of HP loan agreements and related documents
- Provide daily full settlement quotations to dealers from sales team/fax requests/internal mails
- End-to-end completion for full settlement, documentation and closing file after full payment
- Prepare weekly collection dashboard
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience
- All courses of study are welcomed to apply
- Has strong command of English, with both written and oral communication skills
- Customer-centric and meticulous with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good multi-tasking, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage
