Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive/Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and closing sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales promotion deals with clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor customers' credit facilities to ensure prompt payments.
- Handle customers' complaints and quality issues as well as solving problems that arise from customers' orders.
Qualifications:
- At least a GCE 'O' level certificate
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Key Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin as this position requires to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- At least (1) year of Class 3/3A Driving license.
