Job Description:
- Attend to and manage all correspondence related to common property, maintaining proper records and files.
- Advise on and arrange insurance policies for fire, public liability, Work Injury compensation, and other required insurances as directed.
- Control and manage the use of common property and recreational facilities, approving usage.
- Coordinate applications to relevant Government Departments, authorities, or other competent authorities.
- Assist in tracking daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules, improvement and upgrading timelines, bulk refuse schedules, and IEMS cases.
- Monitor staff movement and report to the Chief Operations Manager to arrange alternative deployment as needed.
- Handle permit and waiver applications and appeals.
Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level
- 1 year of administrative support
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
