Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence and communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
- Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed.
- Coordinate and assist with special projects and events.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing files.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and needs.
- Bilingual is a must.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
