PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
- Lead the project team in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment
- Ensure successful delivery of projects
- Financial management of projects
- Lead design development, review and presentation drawings, physical and virtual models
- Collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules and specifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Architecture
- At least 10 years experience in design development, team management and client interface
- Experience in large scale luxury 5-star hospitality/retail/mixed-use projects (local projects preferred)
- Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture), Bluebeam and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
- BOA Registered Architects will have an advantage
- GMP or GMFP certification will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to self-develop and build colleagues to enhance team potential
