RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support and maintenance for SAP BOE Crystal Report products.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
- Develop and execute support plans to maintain high system availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP BOE Crystal Report products.
- Document and follow up on defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to provide updates on progress and issues.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of operations support experience with SAP BOE Crystal Report products.
- Proven track record of at least 1 successful project implementation involving SAP BOE Crystal Report.
- Strong understanding of SAP BOE Crystal Report architecture and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
