RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide maintenance and support for IBM DataPower Gateway Virtual Enterprise Edition products.
- Work with the designated technology stack to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
- Handle incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation and support.
- Participate in the planning, execution, and management of system upgrades and patches.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations support with IBM DataPower Gateway Virtual Enterprise Edition products.
- Successful implementation of at least one project using IBM DataPower Gateway Virtual Enterprise Edition products.
- Strong knowledge of the technology stack related to IBM DataPower.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
