Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm
Commitment period: ASAP - 4 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Organize files and schedule meetings.
- Handle correspondence and communication.
- Assist in preparing documents and reports.
- Coordinate events and company functions.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
