Job Scope:
BTP Front-End Developer (CAPM) role involves working with the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to create robust front-end solutions. Here are some key responsibilities and skills associated with this role:
Developing Custom SAP CAPM Applications:
- Create and deploy custom applications using the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM). These applications can run on both SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry and Neo) and on-premise environments.
- Work with tools like SAP BTP Business Application Studio and Visual Studio Code (VS Code) to build CAPM applications.
SAP Build Process Automation:
- Monitoring and optimizing workflows using Smart Workflow.
Front-End Development:
- Leverage expertise in Node.js and SAP UI5 / Fiori to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end components.
Security and Authorization:
- Responsible for BTP / UI5 Application Security, ensuring secure access and data protection.
- Implement authorization checks and roles within the applications.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate new ideas, features or technologies.
- Demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Technical expertise in Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM) development and Business Application Studio.
- Proficiency in SAP BTP application development and advanced proficiency in JavaScript.
- Proficiency in SAP UI5 development and advanced proficiency in SAP BTP build low-code.
- Skills in User Experience (UX).
- Good to have experience in automating the build process for SAP applications.
- Good to have Government Project implementation experience.
