We are a psychologist clinic located in the heart of Orchard Road. We are seeking a friendly, charismatic clinic assistant to manage our customer service needs in person and over the phone, while performing a variety of administrative and reception tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Registration and scheduling of patients.
- Answer phone/ WhatsApp enquiries, return calls and take messages during clinic opening hours
- Manage the front desk and handle patient’s enquiries (in person) during clinic opening hours
- Ensure overall tidiness of the clinic including all the rooms and waiting area.
- Ensure clinic is ready to receive patients before opening.
- Collect payments and complete day-end balancing
- Perform closing for clinic.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Support communication between clients and other team members by accurately and promptly conveying messages and/ or enquiries.
- Manage and update schedules, records and databases
- Organise and maintain filing systems
- Minimum O levels.
- Salary: $2000 - $2500 SGD per month.
- Professional presentation and excellent customer handling skills.
- People-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Hours:
- 9.00am – 6:00pm, Mondays to Fridays
-9.00am – 3.00pm, Saturdays
