Job Description

The Service Team Leader will oversee front-of-house operations, including customer service, staff management, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing a restaurant’s front of house and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.


Responsibilities

· Supports the Service Manager to ensure the smooth service operations of the Restaurant

· Assist in managing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience.

· Train, supervise, and schedule front-of-house staff, creating a positive work environment. Prepare staffing/sales reports.

· Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints promptly and professionally.

· Ensure adherence to service standards, health, and safety regulations.

· Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to enhance the overall dining experience.

· Assist in developing promotions and marketing initiatives.


Qualifications

· Proven experience as a Service Team Lead or similar role in the restaurant industry with at least ** years of experience within the F&B industry.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

· Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.

· Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, given our primarily Chinese-speaking clientele.
