Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise events, full event planning and logistics execution for Apple Developer Events/Workshops.
- Manage, organise, and provide support on all pre-planning logistics and coordination for onsite execution.
- Manage all aspects of the room blocking, Event logistics (including but not limited to event room lay-out and food catering).
- Design and create marketing material and attendee communications (Banners and Brochures).
- Monitor, manage and maintain the attendee registration database. This includes all customer service items associated with the process and provide regular updates to respective party involved.
- Final quality control of all event reports (not limed to arrival/departure manifest, activities roster, special requests noted and communicated) for assigned programs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree.
