Job Responsibilities
- Assist in administrative activities and documentation (e.g create contract request, vendor master data maintenance, to execute and generate reports, to update manual guides, SOP, Instrument Movement form and posting Instrument capitalization, customer price maintenance, filing of documents, cover Workplace Experience Coordinator task, etc).
- Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to internal stakeholders
- Assist with the Google sites maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.
- Support/participate in any other tasks or ad hoc duties as-and-when assigned by line manager/supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration, finance, or related field is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and an excellent team player who is task-orientated.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle ad hoc requirements efficiently.
- Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in procurement or finance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Good command of English, spoken and written
- Comfortable with use of different IT systems
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues.
- Possess initiative and positive attitude
- Must be able to commit for at least 6 Months and above
- This is a contract for 6 months (with potential for extension based on performance and business needs)
