Responsibilities
- Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve set sales target
- Understand market dynamics and customer needs and pitching the suitable solutions which the company provides.
- Travel to meet up with potential customers.
- Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects & follow-up on prospects.
- Follow up activities to encourage timely closing of sales.
- Coordinate with both Project and Technical team on fulfillment of sales contract secured.
- Provide regular internal reports to superior to further enhance performance.
Requirements
- Min. Degree holder in Mechanical and Electrical related field.
- Min. 5 years' relevant sales experience in Mechanical and Electrical.
- Candidates with data center experience will be given priority.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Sales driven and self-motivated with positive thinking.
- Able to handle pressure and work independently.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Good Communications and Presentation skills.
- Pleasant with good attitude and initiative.
