Responsibilities:
- Attend to inbound calls and provides customer service to the public:
- Responds to customer inquiries; provides information regarding products specification, selling price, and/or other Sales matters.
- Receives and processes order requests.
- Coordinate with respective departments to ensure delivery completion
- Making outbound calls to solicit Sales orders.
- Assists customers requesting documentations.
- Receives and processes order requests including new customers and inactive customers.
- Conducts a variety of routine clerical tasks including data entry and copying, filing, and faxing documentation.
- Miscellaneous tasks.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level/ITE Certificate or equivalent with minimum 1-year Customer Service/Telemarketing experience;
- Proven customer support experience;
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays on rotating shifts;
- Preferably with experience in Retails or F&B industries;
- Team player with positive work attitude;
- Highly independent and organized;
- Team player with positive work attitude;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
- Takes pride in providing excellent customer service;
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- Tech savvy, proficient in computer skills; Microsoft Office.
