Job description
· Manage and monitor all ongoing renovation work and forecast any potential lull or surge in manpower and materials requirements.
· Identify and records quality control problems during site work and initiate corrective action.
· Able to communicate to all level and attend customer meeting
· Monitoring and reporting site progress
· Ensure work teams have the tools required for their daily work.
· Ensure the workers and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
· Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirement
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· At least more than 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Able to start work or on a short notice preferred
· Positive working attitude
· Possess own vehicle is required.
· Salary package will be based on experience
