Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the operations team to handle day-to-day operations. The relevant candidate has worked in operations for a few years, preferably with supervisory experience and possess driving license. This is a permanent role.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of the department
- Plan and monitor actions to move different tasks forward
- To schedule, coordinate and ensure timely delivery of service to the clients
- Collaborate with other departments to provide support and ensuring that requests are met
- Oversee support processes and organize them to enhance clients’ satisfaction
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills with ability to manage employees
- Analyze and interpret data and metrics for performance
- Evaluate business procedure efficiency and apply improvements
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
- Write and submit reports to company leadership
- Liaise with relevant departments to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
- Forecast labor and equipment needs
QUALIFICATION AND CRITERIA
- 3 to 4 years in operations
- Demonstrate strong initiative to work with limited direct supervision
- Good administrative paperwork and organizational skills
- Valid Singapore Driving
