Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to detail the requirements, objectives & desired outcomes of the project.
- Develop Project Management Plans (PMP) and Project Implementation Plans (PIP) while identify and mitigate risk.
- Coordinate & lead cross-functional project teams, including professionals, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration & communication.
- Monitor project progress, implement mitigation strategies while facilitating regular project meetings with all stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources during the project to deliver within the established timeline & budget.
- Conduct project evaluations & post-project reviews to identify lessons learned & opportunities for improvement.
- Primary point of contact for project related updates, addressing project-related inquiries & ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with implementation teams to ensure the design & implementation of security solutions, such as access controls, network security, data encryption, and incident response plans align with business requirements.
- Manage the project deliverables in the testing and quality assurance phases so as to ensure that business needs are met, and projects can be closed timely.
- Maintain and update project documentation.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Science, IT). PMP / MMP / ITIL / Agile certification would be advantageous.
- At least 4-6 years' experience as a Project Manager as in a System Integrator environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under stressful environment and prioritize tasks and resources to meet desire outcome.
- Keen eyes to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in PMP and service management tools/software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow).
- Excellent business writing and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, best practice, and project lifecycle.
- Perform as an individual contributor while having the ability to integrate as part of a team.
