We are looking for a Visual Designer to think, make and craft at the intersection of systems and stories. You will have stellar craft, design flair and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. A brilliant designer with impeccable craft and flair, comfortably and consistently superb in your execution across a range of visual styles and mediums. Able to define creative concepts around systematic thinking, story-telling and campaign thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Define concepts and visual narratives that are grounded in strategy and culture.
- Create designs such as user interface, layouts, brand identity and iconography to a high standard
- Contribute to the creation and definition of flexible design systems and visual languages
- Define art direction and evolve existing visual centers and guidelines
- Work closely with the Design Director to push the design craft and execute the creative vision.
- Explain and articulate design decisions and rationale with confidence
- Partner with strategy, creative teams, UX, technology, and project management to ensure the project meets objectives and deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming and workshops with teams and clients
- Work with multiple teams and work streams efficiently
- Possess great communication skills when interacting with customers, business team, and the design team.
- Have great time and task management solutions to working in complex project
- Represent the spirit of Aleph to be the greatest creative engineering studio in Aleph

Prerequisites
- You have at least 1 years of experience creating delightful experiences: visual design, user interfaces, large scale websites, or applications with a strong portfolio—hands-on approach to creative/design and a strong portfolio of work.
- Design Fundamentals and Tools Proficient knowledge in design fundamentals (E.g. Conceptualising, Layout, etc) and design tools (E.g. SketchApp,Figma, Invision, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop, etc).
- Strong skills on Presentation and Visual Storytelling.
- Experience in graphic designing, illustrations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral and able to articulate and defend design decisions.
- Attention to detail
- Possess a proactive approach to utilize AI workflow and latest tools.
- Fearlessly creative and meticulous about the quality of craft and attention to detail—self-motivated and committed to delivering consistently, independently or in a team.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Wildly creative, meticulous and addicted to the quality of craft.
- Prototyping and Motion design experience is a plus.
