We are seeking a dedicated System Analyst/Software Developer who specializes in .Net to join our team as a Business Analyst to support critical systems.

Responsibilities:
- Elicit and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Provides business users support by servicing change requests pertaining to policy change, statutory or academic or operations requirements and resolving system incidents.
- Support and maintain applications that are built with .NET and Oracle (SQL).
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical specifications are fulfilled and integrated solutions are executed efficiently.
- Supporting change management through developing change management plan, defining change management process, conducting communications, managing resistance and facilitating user training and coaching.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects to support future system
- Resolve operational issues, conduct regular maintenance, and apply necessary updates to maintain the stability and reliability of these applications.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supporting and implementing IT systems.
- Proficiency in system integration and migration.
- Proficiency in .Net framework for application development and maintenance, with experience in Oracle/MS SQL databases.
- Familiarity with OutSystems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar rapid application development platforms is highly beneficial.
- Experience in developing test scenarios and creating UAT test cases.
- Good working knowledge with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, C#, XML AngularJS, Angular.io, and Node.js.
